Welcome to Puzzled.
With over 10 years experience working in Children’s Services and Life Story Work, I am extremely aware of the need for further services to support children, young people and parents in their journey to understanding their past, telling their story and being confident about their future.I believe the most important thing when working with children and young people is their voice. I so often see professionals telling children and young people information about themselves, without asking them for their version of events. Children and young people need to have an outlet to be able to feel safe enough to express themselves, tell their journey and not be afraid to ask questions.
